Simple check-in and check-out process, polite staff. Clean and comfortable room with soft mattress and ample hot water. Convenient breakfast timing, tasty croissants. Good location with nearby pubs and restaurants, plus a five-minute walk to a large beer garden. Only a 10-minute walk from train station.

As young travelers, we really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. They provided us with all the necessary information and even gave us some extra tips for exploring Prague. The location was also great, with easy access to the city center either by walking or taking a short tram ride. The breakfast offered a decent variety of food at an affordable price, and the quality of the food was excellent. The bed was comfortable, allowing us to have a good night's sleep. we found the hotel to be a good value for money option.
Felt special, no reason to complain.

Large, bright, clean room with large bathroom, relatively quiet once we shut the double glazed windows. Reasonably close to the train station once we worked out the better way to walk there. Free wifi and included breakfast was good. Some of the staff were quite helpful.

I always stay at this hotel. Staff helped with transport once. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, restaurant, flat-screen TV, lift, electric kettle, cots. Coming back for Easter! No regrets.

I recently had a really great stay at this hotel in Prague. the value for money was excellent - I couldn't believe the prices considering the location near historical places and the best bars in the city. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Thirdly, the rooms were lovely. I especially enjoyed my stay in room 506 on the fifth floor with a bath and comfy beds. The view from the room was also beautiful. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day.
Everything was okay, no complaints whatsoever.

Excellent service, where the friendliness and helpfullness of the staff went a long way in improving my stay. I just needed a stronger cup of coffee in the morning. I normally don't respond, unless the sevice was bad. This was an exception, as it was well above the norm.
Weak coffee.

Sheets weren't changed during a 7night stay. Access to outside area to smoke wasn't 24hr. Building work going on accross the square. Wifi was extremely slow.

We had a fantastic stay at the City Crown Hotel in Prague. the family-owned hotel had an incredibly friendly and helpful staff who made us feel right at home. Although the hotel is not centrally located, it was very easy to access the city center and other attractions via trams or the Metro, which were just a short walk away. Our room was clean and inviting, equipped with a fridge, sofa, and even a jacuzzi. the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and we had no issues with WiFi access. the breakfast, though simple, was delicious, and we enjoyed eating in the small and charming garden area at the rear of the property. the hotel offered non-stop coffee, tea, and biscuits/cakes throughout the day. we highly recommend the City Crown Hotel for its excellent customer service, great value for money, and convenient location. Cons: For us, the City Crown Hotel was ideal 👌.

The staff were wonderful - helpful, friendly, kind ... made me feel at home and cared for! My room was quiet and clean. Internet access in the room worked without any problems. The hotel is very convenient for the metro to the centre and there are some good restaurants in walking distance.
I liked everything about the hotel really, but there is a lot of graffiti in the streets round it and this lets the hotel down, giving an impression of a rough area which I don't think is necessarily accurate but is none the less a bit disturbing.

Small good value hotel, quite near to the city centre. The staff were friendly. We used the safe parking in the garage.
